been gettin' pretty lucky on the wildlife sightings lately...not 10 minutes after entering Jasper National park, we spotted a bighorn on the cliff,  it wasn't moving at all, just standing as far down on the cliff it could get without falling.  soon we noticed that a wolf was patiently waiting under a tree up the cliff.  the sheep was too far down on the steep face for it to access, but the sheep couldn't stay there forever.  it was a good old fashion stand off.

 on our way to mcarthy, we came across this defender...a seriously set up over-landing vehicle.  the aussie's who owned it had it shipped to argentina, and have been on the road ever since...
